i was in a large building where there was a whole lot of people. it was one of those situations where people stand in a circle and watch those in the middle fight.

Firstly, you are in a building. This suggests a reference to the system; this could be the government, or less tangibly, the social mores of the people in the system. You describe the building, in a later post, like an underground carpark ... a dump. 'A dump' is a euphemism for excretion; Freud might suggest your development has become fixated at the anal stage.
Secondly, you are fighting. I think that you are fighting against the system. For what reason are you fighting? This can be deciphered by looking at those with whom you fight: males. Your need to fight with the bigger man suggests that you wish to have intimate contact with someone of the same sex; Freud might have been right about your anal fixation.
Thirdly, you are not content to be passive [that is, take it], even though you are smaller. You want to be aggressive [that is, give it]. The fact that you are not worried about whether it is simply the bigger man or if he has support, (I assume 'bigger' is a reference to his superior genitalia) you will still fight, alone, against all-comers suggests you have a seriously repressed libido confined in the appearance of an overt heterosexual.
Actually, your dream is that of the classic covert homosexual. By fighting with these men you can initiate intimate contact whilst still seeming macho. My advice, though, would be to try 'cottaging'. If you don't know where to start, google 'cottaging'.
