my sister in law is an ambulance officer. last time i went up to see them she just got back from a call-out where one of this guy's nuts had blown up to about the size of a fist. she reckoned the guy was in so much pain. they had to syringe or poke it to let out whatever it is that gets trapped in there... i don't know cause i didn't have a need to ask her too many questions about it. excruciating!
