If you just want to play a DVD from the disk then you can play it using an application called Power DVD. The latest version is V 6.0 I think.
But if you want to rip one to your hard drive, you can use DVD ripper. I have been told that it is free ware, but there seem to be a lot of people charging you for it.

I have DVD Decrypter is what I use.. if you want that, you can PM me.. its a small program (under 1MB), but very good.
