Howcome i can edit some of my posts but not others.
I want to edit , if not delete, a couple of posts i err posted the other night whilst drunk. Whilst they are not particularly offensive they may be taken the wrong way and am slightly embarrassed by them.
Also, what is a rec? Is it a good or bad thing?

a rec is a very bad thing. you can give them to certain posts if you want to have them deleted. If some person gets more than 100 recs, he will be banned from the forums temporarily. Now, Im going to give you a rec for your post.

Alert your post, and ask the mods to delete them. (I thought some of your drunk posts were 'funny' 😀 )

You have one hour to edit your posts. After that they become permanent. Unless moderated, of course.

I believe posts can only be edited for a limited time after creation.

Once one has earned 100 recs, Russ sends a letter of congratulations, and a bottle of bubbly.

I think only subscribers can rec, so if they forked out for 100 subs I reckon Russ would send them two letters, and two bottles.
