Recipe for African Stew

Ingredients:

1 Elephant, Medium Size
2 Rabbits
400 pounds of russet potatoes
200 pounds of carrots
80 pounds of white onions
1 clove garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Brown Gravy

Instructions:

Cut elephant into small bite-sized pieces. This should take
about two months.

Place the meat pieces into a large pot

Dice potatoes, carrots and onions into one inch cubes and add to pot

Chop garlic into fine pieces and add to the mixture

Add enough brown gravy to cover completely.

Add salt and pepper to taste

Cover and cook over kerosene fire for about four weeks at 465 degrees.

Stir the contents vigorously every 30 minutes.

This will serve about 3800 people.

If more are expected, the two rabbits may be added, but do this only
if necessary as some people do not like to find a hare in their stew.

...if you learn how to take care of a traumatic cut on a large animal you can just cut off one leg at a time and then tie the elephant down
and you won't need any ice as he will go only living until all four legs are used and then you can start on trunk stew., etc...

Elephant is quite hard to come by here. Can I substitute four horses, or two dozen stray dogs?
