- 1 and a half sour apple (*Belle de Boskoop, Granny Smith...) grated
- half a quince grated
- a carrot, grated
- 12 dates, fresh unstoned
- juice of 1 lemon (or limette of you want some luxury in it).
If you feel it's too sour, add honey.

You can't eat all at once, it's the best you eat a quarter or a third in the morning as fasting breakfast. The rest you should eat in portions during the day, even after meal, even after late dinner.

Adding seeds and pecans and almond to it and Greek yoghurt as well - an make it in an efficient fasting diet.

Of course, for eternal life, you also have to add a dash of Tabasco.
