huh! how many eyes does that girl think she needs? In my day 2 were good enough... :p

Eye surgery sounds scarey but they're actually quite good at it. There are advantages like many parts of the eye lacking the bodies normal auto immune response making rejections and bodily overreactoins unlikely. So go for it Sarah, you'll be fine. And I want to hear all the details when you get out.

Well, this is absolutely the sweetest thing in the world. You are such wonderful people, and I just can't thank you enough. Of course I had to cry when I read all your kind notes. But I am smiling now, and so happy to have such good friends. Thank you.
About the eye surgery. Well, they didn't do it, because the problem is not what they thought it would be. But they did do alot of poking so that I haven't been able to do alot of typing until today. I am on medication for two weeks, and hopefully that will have solved the problem. If not, it is a biopsy.

Welcome back Sarah ... and I am relieved nothing bad has been found. I hope the medication will do its job and make the biopsy not necessary.

I missed that you were out. It's good you didn't need the surgery. (I hope.) I know that they are very good at it and all, but surgery is always scarey anyway. I hope the meds do the job.
