So I've been trying to send an email to Angola but after a period of two days I've got this message:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification

THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE.

Delivery to the following recipient has been delayed:

yaddayaddayadda@emailadress.com

Message will be retried for 2 more day(s)

Technical details of temporary failure:
DNS Error: Could not contact DNS servers

So what does this means, and how can I get my email across?

I think it either means that your message will not go out for 2 more days or that your internet service provider is bad.

Good Luck with that though, hope it helps.

It means that there was a problem with the communication between your mail server and the mail server of the person you were sending to. Your server will keep trying to send the message over the next few 2 days, if it doesn't manage it then you'll get a "delivery failed" message.

The error's quite common and is usually just a temporary hitch that gets resolved in a few hours. If it's urgent and you can;t be bothered to wait then try sending the email from a different address.

Wel it happened befor and what happened is that after those two days I got a message saying the the email couldn't be delivered so I'm guessing this time around it won't be delivered too.

Oh thanks. Like I said in the other reply it already happened when I tried to send another email to Angola and in the end the email didn't arrive there.

But I'll try sending from another address.

Thanks.
