the sad fact is we (in england) are all happy because we 'had' two teams in the final...but in reality...both teams well full of non-english players and managed by two non-english managers....

..AND WE (ENGLAND) DID NOT EVEN QUALIFY FOR THE EURO CHAMPIONSHIPS!

So will Blatter's 6/5 idea be good or bad?

I'd like to see some restrictions imposed (as I'm sure fans in the Italian/Spanish/German leagues would too?)

Unfortunately because of the politically correct sterile World in which we now live, these restrictions will never see the light of day - in fact, it's more likely that national teams will be able to include anyone who LIVES in that particular country!
