All bets are settled on 90 minutes.
You can get outright betting at reduced odds to include extra time.
So England drew twice against Colombia and Croatia. I thought you could figure tgat out.

Check online or ask your bookie on Monday if the game tomorrow goes to extra time how many idiots will try and claim winnings.
You said you backed Croatia? Betting wise the game ended in a draw unless you took vastly reduced odds on Croatia getting through. You must have a daft bookie if you got those odds.
Note the records books will say game ended a draw then it will say who won in extra time or penalties
