Morten Olsen, the Danish coach, complained about Portugal being a great unknown at the moment. MO doesn't know what Portuguese team will play nor the overall strategy. As it is a must win game for Portugal, as you say, and given the normal Portuguese style of attacking all the time, I expect, we'll see a whirlwind of attacks against the Danish goal. I ...[text shortened]... at home against Portugal. As long as Denmark beats Norway in both matches, I'm happy.
It's too early for Bento to have any significant impact on how we play the game. So Olsen doesn't need to expect any difference. The biggest thing changing since the WC is motivational and also that Nani and Pepe are back.

i've came to the conclusion that i don't like the friday night matches, not because it's a friday night but because when they're played on a saturday they're always on at different times from about 2pm to spain finishing their match at 11pm, good if you've got bets on or want to see more than one match. i see the odd 5 or 6 pm kick-off but generally they're all around the 7-8pm starting time. not good imo.

could not agree more, is it tv or what that dictates friday night football. hardly have time to do fixed odds after work before games start. scotland on the march again we will win 1-0. then a 0-0 against spain.

it's club power, they get an extra day to prepare for league matches now when the players return. teams play saturday/tuesday between the league and cl so i can't see why they wouldn't do that for internationals if they want their extra day to prepare for the weekends club matches.

My goodness, how good is Nani? Just watched the highlights of the Denmark game, such an awesome talent, Christiano on the other hand seemed greedy by comparison.

Ah, Nani. Another player that encapsulates Portuguese irregularity to perfection. You never know if the roll of the dice that day will give you something sublime or ridiculous.
