Excel Password protection

Heya

Anyone know of a free utility that I can use to restore a 'forgotten' MS Excel XP spreadsheet password?
I've done a Google, but all the trial versions etc. can only crack 3-4 character passwords.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, after being frustrated for half an hour, not getting any free utils, the next link I click actually works.
