I got this in a e-mail but I dont know if its all true, I thought I'd share it with you guys anyway.


1. Money isn't made out of paper; it's made out of

i think i've heard the same said of "month"-but i'm not sure-anyone know of any others?

For apples, that's rubbish: they're full of sugar! If it is true for celery, I doubt the effect is significant enough to use as a dietary aid, as some would suggest.

40. Australians do NOT sound anything like the 'australians' in american TV shows. I just saw that simpsons episode where they visit australia 😕.

Never believe what you read on the internet, I know, but the 80-calorie figure for a single apple sounds plausible. How do you consume an apple in such a way that you use up more than 80 calories in eating it?

Apparently many Americans can't tell the difference between an Australian and a London accent 🙄 (there are quite a few Australians in London, but that's another matter!)

thats why I said I didnt know if they where all true, but that you for clearing that up.🙂

I know the difference een an Australian and London accents, but then again I'v spent a 6 month vaction in Australia and also spent a week or two in Britian 🙂

Just for reference, I think making a cup of tea takes about 20 calories (in electricity, not in human effort!)

I have no trouble telling the difference between English, Scots, Welsh, Irish, Americans, Australians and South Africans, but I must admit I sometimes find it hard to identify a New Zealand or a Canadian accent 😳
