You wouldn't believe all the time the local stations took out of regular programming for that guy. I think they ran his retirement speech, in various lengths and edits for at least an entire day. And I don't have cable, so when 4 out of the 7 stations I get go green with Favre, I start killing stuff.

And that was just on the day of his retirement. That doesn't include all the pre and post retirement 'news'.
