Sorry to dissapoint you, its not me. Ive no idea weather he had a choice or not.
If I would be making a "police brutality thread" there wouldnt be pepperspray (i guess thats pepperspray in the picture, not sure), but a tasershot in his eye.

Why do you think it would disapoint me?

The guy in the picture has no weapon. The smiling cop is spraying him in the face with a can of some type of spray.

I really think just that picture is to less evidence to discuss what was going on there. Im not even sure that cop is really smiling...

Yea you look closely, he has a big smirk on his face. Why is he spraying the poor guy? All I can see is the guy appears to have one of those hand held cameras or vidio cam in his hand.
