@badradger saidI was brought up on a council estate and naval married quarters before that. My parents eventually owned there own home and my Mum still lives in it. Father was navy then teacher, mother was nurse.

@divegeester saidmy mam was a seamstres,dad a gas fitter&plumber to be honest I dont know why we lived on a council estate they both earned good money, but both were staunch socialists my father shop steward, i guess thats where my beliefs were born all 5 of their kids all socialists 2 union conveners 3 of us momentum members.
