-Removed-my mam was a seamstres,dad a gas fitter&plumber to be honest I dont know why we lived on a council estate they both earned good money, but both were staunch socialists my father shop steward, i guess thats where my beliefs were born all 5 of their kids all socialists 2 union conveners 3 of us momentum members.
@rajk999 saidwe make our own sometimes we use belly pork minced with onion powder, mustard(just a tad) and a small amount of sage & onion mix we cant put skins on the so we serv it the scotish way as lawn.
I like British sausages so much, and I cant get them here. so I bought a mincer / sausage maker. But so far they come out tasty but not like the real British ones. I need a good recipe.
