Favorite Actresses and Actors
Reese Witherspoon (hands down) and Diane Lane along with Richard Gere and Harrison Ford. Yours?
For their ability as actors: Errol Flynn, Cary Grant, Mickey Rourke, Brad Pitt (when he doesn't have an accent or have to wear sandals) and Ed Norton Jr.
For their ability as actresses: I can't think of any women as versatile as the men, plus there is the whole age thing. I have seen some remarkable performances by actresses that impressed me: Judy Garland in The Wizard of Oz; and Charlize Theron in Monster.
For their looks: I really enjoy seeing Penelope Cruz, Monica Belluci and Johnny Depp onscreen.
For their political opinions: I don't know why anyone would pay attention to anything actors have to say about anything other than acting or their current film. Most are high school dropouts and are paid to pretend to be someone else. However, I do find people like Matt Damon and Sean Penn amusing. I mean, they're so serious every time they tell us they're going to move to Canada or France if a Republican is elected president...yet they never do.
