I think swimming next to our (rented) sailboat in the British Virgin Islands. Or maybe, swimming with the stingrays in the Caymans. Anyway, it was swimming.

CP is too fast for my edit, but no worries.

So they hide them all on an island. Clever...

My dad called Yosemite Yosee-myte because he was a reader in a land of local yocals. Oops, yokels.

I've been to India, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Argentina, Paraguay, Ecuador, Holland, England, Scotland, Ireland, Spain, America and a brief stop at Kuwait airport and my favorite place in the world is still the tropical gardens in Belfast. Walk in from the rain and cold and be hit instantly by a bomb of heat. Anyone on my facebook can see the pond on my cover photo.

A little waterfall (about 15' high) at the end of Black Lake where my parents had a "cottage". I used to canoe there to listen to the sound of the water tumbling over and read. It was so peaceful.

I wish I could enjoy a place like that, it sounds wonderful. I'm too restless though and need a busy place to match that.

I was at Black Lake a couple weekends ago. Same one? Next to Lake Muskoka? I didn't know there was a waterfall on it.

No "my" Black Lake is in the Laurentians in a community called Dunany about an hour north of Montreal, where I grew up.
