High on the Most Wanted List is "GropeyBambi" (although known to use many aliases)
an immoral internet user who started with "Granny Grooming" but then progressed
to more sinister cyber crime. A known sociopath this man is dangerous and
MUST NOT BE APPROACHED.

A sense of humour is also required.

Unfortunately, I suspect the protagonist in question lacks one, in respect of this topic.
