What part of 'historically' do you not understand?

A study by political scientists Oeindrila Dube, of the University of Chicago, and S. P. Harish, of McGill University showed how often European rulers went to war between 1480 and 1913. Over 193 reigns, they found that states ruled by queens were 27% more likely to wage war than those ruled by kings.
Only a very small percentage of the earth was ruled by kings and queens.

Not sure that is true, historically:

'
'War is considered a men's game, but studies suggest that more female rulers have waged wars throughout history than male rulers.'

I don’t read articles behind a paywall.

For the last decade over 60% of college students and graduates have been female. Due to their educational credentials' women have moved into management and supervisory positions in business, law and government. Today it's common to have female managers supervising teams of male subordinates in many different fields, just as it's common to see wives as the primary or superior b ...[text shortened]... the information age women have proven their superior skills at managing information, and people. 🙂

you're getting sidetracked here, but Margaret Thatcher led the UK in the Falkland's War.
And off the top of my head, Indira Gandhi and Golda Meir led their respective countries into wars.

In the current reality WW1, WW2, Vietnam, The Iraq and Afghanistan wars, the destruction of Syria, the squabbling of jews, Russia's annexation of Ukraine. All led by male rulers.

In bible bashing countries like the USA, living in the past, but not in my country. We have equal representation under democracy. But probably the votes go slightly in favor of the women.

If both sexes did exactly the same work and females were paid less then you would find business trying to hire more women ? Right? Well that does not happen.

Do you think there were no bitter and angry wives in traditional families? Or frustrated men barely managing to provide for wife and children? Or unhappy children growing up in poverty?
