Try setting a snare at the bottom of the drain, use a little ferret food to lure him in.
He will come down if he is hungry enough.

What kind of drain pipe and where is it? You might want to suck it out with the vacuum.

Does the drain go to the roof? Maybe the little guy is hiding out on the roof right now, baking himself in the hellish heat.
Is there any type of funny odor coming from the drain pipe?

Do not confuse drain pipes with vent pipes. 😠

So sorry! 😳
Most drain pipes around here come from the roof to funnel the water when it rains, just thought it might be a drain pipe that is coming from the roof. No offense. 😕

A regular water hose would work as well as a pressure washer but you take a chance on drowning the ferret. My son had a couple of them but they were too hyper to keep long as pets. I heard they are effective in ridding your house of mice because they are natrual enemies and if the smell gets in the walls mice will move elsewhere.

If you have a hose with a sprayer on it, you could just spray water onto the roof and when it runs down the drain, it will wash the little girl out (maybe).
Unless she is not in the drain pipe anymore.

Edit: We have an Akita, she doesn't climb drain pipes, but she could eat the ferret, then there would be no worries. 😵
