FINDING TRUE NORTH AS A COMPASS POINT... ^

Thesis: Simplicity matters.

Antithesis: Chaotic flux rules.

Conclusion: "The trouble with mankind is twofold. It cannot learn
truths which are too complex and cannot remember truths which
are too simple." -'Rebecca West'

Mindset Principles:

(1) Unlearning trumps learning on the level of difficulty scale.

(2) Things should be kept as simple as possible but no simpler.

(3) Favorable board position, simplify. Otherwise complicate.

(4) Regard retreat as offensive deployment in a new direction.

(5) When in doubt... find a way to the seize inititative and attack.

(6) When all else fails, and it most surely will, Smile Anyway!

7) toss coffee in your opponents face, and punch him in the nutsack while he's wiping it off. while he's writhing on the floor, change the board to a winning position.

I see. That was way too metaphorical for me!
