Firefox unresponsive script crashing

Using up to date firefox and have updated plugins e.g. java and still crashes. Mostly on startup is when it crashes though after closing FF down and then restarting some time later this message reproduced. Any ideas?

Start FF in safe mode (from your Mozilla FireFox start menu group). If it works, do:
Download CCleaner and run a clean. It will work wonders for you overall, but will 'clean up' everything that needs done for FF.
Start FF again. If the problem persists then you may have to disable add-ons, restart and enable them one by one to eliminate your problem. Install the QuickRestart FF addon to help with this.

Thanks after cleaning with CCleaner it did so again and the problem is linked to Kaspersky Ff extension.
