Haha, I'm a newbie to chess. Oh man, I didn't even see that sucker coming.
Your first move was really bad. If you are a beginner, the best advice i could give is to always open with e4.
f4 is one of the worst opening moves you could make.
you moved every one of your kingside pawns, taking away any defence he had. . .it really was a bad game mate.

learn basic opening principles:
-occupy center
-develope pieces as FAST as possible, preferably with a threat if possible. 'fast' meaning: avoid pawn pushing unless it frees a piece so it can leap to the battlefield. every unnecessary pawn move robs you one move you could've used to develope a piece.
-castle early, preferably on the kingside. castling q-side takes one move more, making it slower.
-do NOT bring the queen out until you've developed minor pieces. it'll just be kicked around the board like a beach ball in a hurricane.
-be as agressive as safely possible. avoid passive moves like the plague.
-don't attack until you're developed fully.
and if you want to get anywhere with chess, you absolutely need to do tactical problems, preferably a little every day. here's a place for that: chess tactics server - fun, addictive and extremely beneficial to your chess.

and some more...
- Try to play under the effect of glue or weed, and take notes on your moves for the next day.
- If not playing in a public place, be sure to play nude and with lots of pop-up windows with mild porn, preferably underwear catalogues.
- Do not move the same piece twice, I repeat, do not move the same piece twice.
- Challenge out-of-the-blue the most active posters in this forums. They love it, I can assure you.
