Here is the problem.

I am trying to import a movie to play via a web site I have created for my church. On my system I can create the movie and get it to play. but I can't get it to work on the site itself. Any suggestions?

BTW: I am using Macromedia flash 8

Are you using the correct classid in the object tag?

Not really sure.

I was able to get one movie on the stage simply by importing video an publishing it, but now Ican't seem to get the same result.

Any input would be helpful. All I want is to show the sermon. These last close to 40 minutes.

The original file is mpeg4 if this helps

Do you have the page online at the moment? If so, what's the URL?

http://www.beaconministriesonline.com/dec24thinchrist.htm

I don't have the movie on the page but I can put it there in a matter of moments.

I edited it to add the page directly

Are you using the right URLs for the location of the video? I notice they're not the same as the site URL.

The video is uploaded to the site from my system. (BTW I am using freewebs.com) What I uploaded was the published file from Flash. I have noted that the .swf file is very small (61kb from a 300mb movie)

Is there something else I needed to add to it?

I think the .swf file must be the problem. I'm afraid I know a bit about HTML (and can't see a problem there) but not Flash.
