I normally try to "man" pain out, but flippin hell that hurt.
About three weeks ago I had one of my back teeth removed.
After a week or so I could feel bits of bone coming out, so I returned to the Dentist where to my surprise he advised me that one of my "baby" teeth was still stuck in the gum and it would require further expense to resolve (at 43 years of age, I am a bit confused by that).
Not being one to throw cash around, I advised him to "bugger off", anyway, to cut a long story short I just took a pair of pliers to the situation and undertook the procedure myself.
I had no idea that pain could do that to a man's testicles, what with them being geographically separated from my teeth.
Now I know what "systemic" means.
