For those of you foodies out there who would like to take the quiz, the definitions of these foodstuffs are below. You do the matching! I'm asking greenpawn34 to be the judge:
The Foods: 1) Arancini 2) Bresaola 3) Coppa 4) Burrata 5) Farro 6) Gribiche 7) Mizuna 8) Pecorino 9) Romesco.
Definitions: Japanese mustard greens; pearl-shaped unhybridized form of wheat; sauce made of red pepper and nuts; cold sauce made from egg yolks and mustard;
hard Italian cheese made from ewe's milk; Italian coldcut; fried rice balls; salt-cured, air-dried raw beef; fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella & cream.

Arancini: fried rice balls
Bresaola: salt-cured, air-dried raw beef (Italian Version of Bündnerfleisch)
Coppa: Italian coldcut (actually this and the former entry could also be vice-versa)
Burrata: fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella & cream (actually it's cow-milk Mozzarella at the outside and butter in the inside).
Farro: pearl-shaped unhybridized form of wheat
Gribiche: cold sauce made from egg yolks and mustard
