the guys spent big with other teams his bought in the past (russian ice hockey team, etc) and it looks like it's only a matter of time before the first big signing
they bid 15mil for damien duff and were rejected
there's a 17mil buyout clause in duff's contract so i think they'll bid the extra 2 mil soon and then try and arrange terms with him
(damien duff would then be the most expensive irish player ever)
Roman Abramovic seems to love sport so i think it'll be good for chelsea
