Correct about the expanding.

I had to have them altered as they had gotten to big.

I like a nice tight fit, and had lost about 10lbs, if it had been 5 I would have been ok with them.
Haven't had to have them adjusted since then, being your so interested! 😛 😉

I didn't want them to drop while I was out jogging back some years ago now. That has been reduced to brisk walks, but I still like to jog a little bit along with the brisk walk.

You'd understand if you did any exercise Lemon. 😉
