Well of course. I would never offer a draw to a crippled guy. They have to learn to take things on the chin (unless they are crippled because they lack a chin, that would suck I guess).

Nope. I'd just play on, crippled people don't live very long anyway (at least not in my presence) so I could just play until he dies if I have a per move time.
