If we're going to have these kind of rules, which include respect for people's privacy, can we ban incessant requests for personal details.

I'm thinking in particular (though not exclusively) of the user who constantly asks "what do you do for a living", "what colour is your skin" etc etc.

Anyone making repeated posts with no more content than "what colour is your skin" is likely to be moderated under condition 11.
