As the DNR and the Vise President has shown us, you can now hunt without a license until caught. When caught you must then purchase the license. Thanks Dick for saving us sportsman a bundle of cash.

some of those people who make the laws can be quite sneaky from time to time especially when looking for a promotion....but hey if you like hunting and it's free then why not!

Sneaky? either it is law or it is not law. Ignorance of the law is no excuse as I have had a cop tell me when writing out a ticket.
