As the DNR and the Vise President has shown us, you can now hunt without a license until caught. When caught you must then purchase the license. Thanks Dick for saving us sportsman a bundle of cash.

some of those people who make the laws can be quite sneaky from time to time especially when looking for a promotion....but hey if you like hunting and it's free then why not!
If I know the DNR, and I know a fair bit, they do not just do stuff off the cuff. If this is what they are doing it is completely wrong.

Sneaky? either it is law or it is not law. Ignorance of the law is no excuse as I have had a cop tell me when writing out a ticket.
If I know the DNR, and I know a fair bit, they do not just do stuff off the cuff. If this is what they are doing it is completely wrong.
