Daily giveaway of full versions of comercial software - includes serial keys - all legal too.
New one daily.

Daily game giveaways too at sister site.

I wouldn't post a link to a site if I hadn't tried it myself first.
The giveaways are only free for the one day - the next day it's a different one.

Software on a computer? Outrageous! Who ever heard of such a thing!? 😲
They require you install a special program that will download the 'free software'. If you had taken the time to go to the site and read the forums, you would've seen all the people's complaints!
Originally posted by arrakisUhm, I just tested and you don't have to install anything special to download the software. You get straight http link to the .zip for the software.

It just happens the software of the day today is NeoDownloader which I have no use for, so didn't bother to get it/install it; maybe that confused you?
I wish this had been posted yesterday, would have liked to get the PDF printer program for free.
Originally posted by arrakisWhat special program did you have to install? I just download a zip file from them of the free product and installed it from that alone. I've had no problem at all.

I have also read some of the forum topics - mostly the remarks seem favourable.
Of course there's bound to be some negative remarks, mainly from those who don't know what they are doing anyway, just like in these forums.
Originally posted by tmetzlerYes, the program to d/l was the NeoDownloader. Before I installed it though I went to the site to read their legal policy and ran across all the complaints. There were many, many complaints.

Dr Strangelove sounds just like the US government: "Don't think about it and don't ask questions... just trust us!" 😕

What site are you saying these many many complaints were on? And who's legal policy do you mean?
Maybe you could put a link up.

Listen, I don't hold it against you that you tried to help people get some free software, but I'm angry with myself that I listened to you. I know better.
I went ahead and installed the 'free software' and then ran the Spyware Doctor program. Note that my system was 100% clean BEFORE I did this test, but after installing the 'free software' here's what Spyware Doctor said:
"You have 2 infections:
Description: One or more of your sites have been hijacked. Adware, Spyware and Phishing sites may use the Windows hosts file to redirect your browser to a malicious site when you try to access a valid site such as your Bank."
So now I'm infected and can't access my banking online where I pay all my bills. That connection has now been hacked to reroute to another site! WHY did this happen after installing the 'free software'!?
It's not a crime to admit a mistake... it's a crime to try to cover it up by telling people they don't know what they are talking about.
I'm recommending that nobody d/l that program, and if they have then they need to clean their computer.

You need to check your computer security out - I've downloaded programs from there perfectly all right.
Also, in their forums there is a wide margin of satisfied customers compared to the complaints.
Here's a few comments collected randomly;
I download quite a bit of software (nearly 4GB so far this month - and that's not including operating systems) and I am very happy
I would like to say first of all -Great Job- on the site.
Hey!
Give Away of the Day rocks!!
Giveawayoftheday is really good, advantages for both publishers and users. Thanks.
They are offering full version software that would normally have to be paid for, for free. You can hardly blame them for the actual quality of the software - even if it was poor - which mostly it isn't anyway.
Q. Where do you think they get the software?
A. They get it from the software companies.

The good news is that once you run these programs your computer will not only run faster, but you don't have to worry about being infected.

Right now I'm trying to help the people who may be infected.
At this point it doesn't matter how they got infected, it's just important that they can clean their computer if they are infected.
