A privilege.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." -- First Amendment, U.S. Constitution

Maybe you should move to the US, then it WOULD be your right, and not just a privilege.

Point One: Forum Moderator is a person (albeit barely). I'm guessing the official RHP position is that "opinions expressed are NOT those of RHP or its owners". I wasn't talking to RHP, I was talking to Forum Moderator. The OP didn't specify he was talking about RHP only, and neither did Forum Moderator.

Point Two: Absolutely correct. And even rights have limits when they infringe on the rights of others.

Forum mod is a person, but part of a team. Also, he or she is as human as you, though like your gender that person's gender is also unknown.

The mod team works together... that is how it was when I was a mod here anyway. Not just one person decides what you can or can't say.

You can't compare First Amendment, U.S. Constitution here at a private site... but perhaps you didn't.

Anyway, even First Amendment, U.S. Constitution has restrictions. Yelling shark at the movies, Fire at the beach, swearing in public, even things you say at your work place or public areas.

Yada. Yada.

He's telling us much more than just that.
