I think non subs are the pillar of the RHP community, if it wasnt for them then you wouldnt have multi accounts making the RHP user database massive.
I vote that non subs should get 4 free tournament per year for all their efforts, oh and be able to play sieges too but not clan membership, I think thats about fair??

Hell, why not just take out a monthly membership and join every tourney you can whilst a member.
That way you can play in loads of tourneys for just a few quid.
