I traveled once on Friday 13th, and by "travel" I mean "flew", with a stop to get cheaper ticket to Amsterdam in order to see old Aznavour. Planes were late, all right, due fog (John Carpenter "The Fog" - shown around same time as first Fridays movies) but I survived.
I remember a cynical sentence from Ian Fleming's "From Russia With Love":
- I like to fly on Friday 13th: planes are empty because the majority is stupidly superstitious, and stewardesses are so kind to me, I always get extra dry martini!"
Something like that,
