Ok, so I am in a C++ computer programming class of about 12 people and today we were watching a movie about sorting, etc. So during the movie my teacher comes over and says let me see something and she goes on my computer and just restarts it and then leaves. So I log back on trying to think to myself what the heck she just did. In the last five minutes, I usually play a couple of lightning games with my friend, 2 seats down from me who is a NM (National Master). Today, we were playing as usual and then my mouse stops responding to my movements. But it's still moving. I see the pointer grab my bishop on c4 and sacrifice it on e6, and then proceed to sac all my other pieces also. Meanwhile I'm freaking out trying to figure out what the heck is going on here! I see Mrs. P. giggling here brains out over at her computer, almost rolling on the floor. She had rigged her computer to be able to access mine whenever she wants, so when I play chess on RHP (Not that I do during class or anything. Hehe, I actually do), she can take over and sabotage my games. Needless to say I found out how to turn it off covertly. I'm sneaky like that. Anyway, I thought you guys might get a good laugh out of that!

You have to be networked and their has to be software on both computers if I think she did what I think she did! I just disable the software.....

To have a full access to a computer from another computer you have two major options

1- You can put a server on the target computer to open a specific port that gonna give you access to all the services of that computer. You can connect to the server with a client software. This is the method called "Trojan horse". That's how back orrifice was working few years ago...

2- If the target computer is running on a windows OS you can simply connect to that computer on the default NTFS share on the drive C:. The only thing you need is the IP adress of your victim. You just have to log in that computer with the administrator account.... Most of the time, people don't put any password on that default account or if they do it's a very simple password like 1234.

Like you can see it's a very simple task to hack into a windows system... 😉

NTFS is the file system of windows NT/2000/XP. By NTFS share I meant a folder that you let accessible for other users on a network. Then anybody who know the name of your computer on the network (IP adress) and the user name and the password of one of your window's accounts can get access to that folder.

I hope that I explained it better this time! 🙂
