Has anyone else ever heard William Shatner and Joe Jackson doing Pulp's ''Common People''? Hilarity.

I have! That song is so freaking great! lol If it's on while I'm in a parking lot or something I refuse to get out until it's over. Shatner's voice is just perfect for it.

In my grade school days there was a Loudon Wainwright song that was on the radio a lot, called 'Dead Skunk.' It was pretty funny, I thought. "You got it, it's dead--it's in the middle... and it's stinkin' to high, high Heaven." 😡

anything featuring William Shatner singing is pretty funny...i think i heard a rumour he is contemplating a rap album? that would be the biggest advance in hip-hop since Duran Duran covered White LinesπŸ™„

If you ever have the chance, please do not hesitate to watch the video of his version of Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, it is pure genius! Imagine if you will a black room, a spotlight and there, dressed in burgundy flares, a burgundy waistcoat and a large collared white shirt stands... yes you've guessed it, James Tiberius Kirk aka William Shatner, grooving as he speaks the lyrics with shakespearean aplomb and dodgy 70s camera effects wave back and forth, in and out of focus. A cheesey arch of the eyebrow, a foppish hand gesture...

Lucy...in the sky...with.. DIAMONDS!
