Well, if it's not lemon chiffon pie, how about

pi (pie) lemon cream

(which I rub on my spine every night, so you can see the connection between the pie and spinal)

Reminder: Solutions are all about the integrity of sound as well as sense. 'Pelvic' satisfies one but not the other. Sound of 3.14 still matters.
