gandolfini?

Does anyone know what happened with gandolfini? He resigned his game to me and now I can't rechallenge him. He seemed like a really great guy and I was learning a lot from him. Any of you guys from his clan know what's up? If it is something personal please don't go into details, I'm not interested in getting into a big gossip session. I just hope there isn't something negative brewing on the site that is going to make a bunch of people leave or something like that.

Gandolfini, if you are reading this I hope everything is ok. I have really enjoy playing against you. More like watching you play against me, LOL.

I would like to know about this also. I never won a game against this guy but he was more polite than anyone and always willing to show me where i went wrong, and even make suggestions. He recommended books that I have bought, just because of his friendly nature. Anyone that knows what happened please respond.

I am sorry I can not directly help you with an answer. However, have either of you tried e-mailing him. Not in the internal RHP inbox, but proper e-mail. Open your respective game and choose e-mail opponent. You never know he may reply.

I guess he may be gone for good. It is always sad when a good member of the RHP community has to leave becuase of personal reasons.

He also resigned from our game and left The Fun Clan! He was really nice and would take on anything, so I sent him alot of clan games. Looks like he resigned from all those, which is killing the clan. Come back soon, Paul!!
