Given any decent comedy, a lot of people won't like it; it's all a matter of taste. My mum was an avid Python watcher when they first appeared on telly; I wasn't aware of their being particularly unpopular with women.

i have a friend who hates it. he hates any kinda of british comedy! he found the office very unfunny (but then again-i just kidna sat through it...cofnsued...)

but i don't know any female python fans, but a know a few males...well-two of them...

For what it's worth, my wife likes Python.
Not as much as me, it has to be said. I love it.
Just bought a 14 DVD box set of every episode of the TV series!

I find them very funny and very sexy, but then that is one of the things that makes someone sexy, a good sense of humor. Yep, give me an intelligent, witty man any day. Actually don't, I already have one :-)

My wife can quote huge chunks of Life of Brian at me and knows most of the sketches. Mind you, she's German, so I guess you'd expect that.

i love python....i have every television episode that they aired on british tv but none of the films, but i have seen the films....but as for slow pawns coment...i don't like the office either it confused me too and it was ssssooooooooo unfunny.

I had an 8ft python. She accidentally struck at me and caught both my hands in her mouth at once and then started wrapping around them. I didn't want to hurt her but I couldn't get loose. I was forced to let her kill me and eat me..... I got better though
