hi!

i was wondering how the following situation is handled on rhp:

someone becomes the highest ranking player and then decides not to play anymore, just to stay on top of the ranking.

thats not my future plan 🙂) i was just wondering. and how is this handled in the real chess world?

regards, dmsr

They will become inactive and lose their position.

But if they play only one game and then move once every 21 days, and with vacations and all used to perfection, it could theoretically take a while.

It may have been possible to attain more brownie points if you had put preposterous in upper case letters also, and the sarcasm would also have been more noticable. 😉 😛

Just trying to lend a helping hand ! 😉

Have you noticed how it seems ok for you, crowley and cft to answer other peoples quotes directed to a specific person, but when myself or others do it, you all seem to get quite irritated about it. What is with that, if you don't mind my asking?

Hi Russ, nice to see you in the forum!!!
