Global sleep crisis

General

The Dutch have an hour more sleep than the Japanese or Singaporeans. Women routinely get more sleep than men (+30 mins). Middle aged men get the least sleep. Disrupted sleep linked to a range of health problems.

Is ignoring the need for sleep "arrogant"?

I sleep great. Two or three threads by @FMF before bedtime and I become
practically comatose for the next 7 or 8 hours.

Rumour has it that the mega-rich get minions to sleep for them!

That's the job I want!

Good ol' FMF: you can always find him just outside the cusp of interest, right smack in the intersection of irrelevance and tepid agitation.

Golly.

I'm just an incorrigible rubbernecker, it appears.
