I have some gmail accounts to give away.
Gmail is a new email service of Google which is still in testing fase. It has a total storage capacity of 1 GB and you can send messages of 10 MB. I have only a few to give. If you are interested please give me your first name, last name and current emailaddress. Then I can send you the invite. You can post it here or pm me.
Regards,
Sander

Edit. Please only ask for one if you are really going to use it.

Last I heard, gmail were scanning your mail as part of their "google eveything" ideology. Is this still the case?

PS my email is fine by the way: just asking!

I guess this is what you mean, so yes they do scan, but only automatical. Here is what's in the TOS about it:

Advertisements. As consideration for using the Service, you agree and understand that Google will display ads and other information adjacent to and related to the content of your email. Gmail serves relevant ads using a completely automated process that enables Google to effectively target dynamically changing content, such as email. No human will read the content of your email in order to target such advertisements or other information without your consent, and no email content or other personally identifiable information will be provided to advertisers as part of the Service.

I use Gmail for a couple of months already and it is by far the best web-based e-mail system I ever saw. The only feature I miss is the POP3 access.

Does SpyBot say it's clean? Since you've been using it a couple months I would assume so. But it looks like that's where this thread is heading to with that TOS agreement.

It is definitely clean - nothing is installed on your PC.

Try Pop Goes The Gmail - downloadable from http://jaybe.org/info.htm.

Not much documentation, but pretty easy to work with - I've had no problems using this and Thunderbird.
