Yay! You read "Outliers" . There are degrees of success, and there are successful people in every generation. For her son and anyone else I would say take personal responsibility, get educated, and then get more education. Beg and borrow for an education. Surround yourself with people you admire and respect. Find a positive role model and do the things they did to be successful. It is also Rosalina's obligation to guide her son and expose him to opportunities that await him.
