I had a job where i had to cycle 2 hours a day. We got fed at work so i generally ate most of my food at work. For two weeks they decided to feed us mainly protein (meat, salad, etc... but no carbohydrates). I lost nearly 1.5 stone in two weeks! I've never been so slim in my life. It occurred to me that a little exercise with lowered carb intake is a seriously effective way to lose weight. Not that i really needed to, in fact i had to start buying my own food just to keep my weight up. 🙄

It says that you should exercise with pink and yellow barbells. Recent research has shown that pink barbells are most effective for cardiorespiratory endurance, while yellow barbells are most effective to gain muscular strength. To switch between the two of them trains your flexibility. Other colours have been shown to be far less effective.

Blue barbells are better for boys, less chance of getting beaten up.

The article talks about that as well. Getting beaten up trains your coordination, balance, agility, speed, power and reactivity.
