Who are the next best though. Off the top of my head, the 2 that come to my mind are Jimmy Key and Dave Steib; but I'm sure you'd know better than I would.

Re: Best Blue Jay pitchers. Dave Steib would be #2 on that all-time list. Jimmy Key or Pat Hentgen would be #3. Can't slack on the Rocket either. He had two amazingly enhanced years on the Jays.

Halladay was, year in and year out, one of the top few pitchers in the best division in baseball. He is a great, great pitcher.
Jack Morris spent only a short time with Toronto. He's an all time great Twin, not an all time great Blue Jay. The Jays had some good teams in the 1980s and Steib was their ace and a really good pitcher. But he was no Roy Halladay.

Had Halladay played next eyar, he would have broken the strikeout record. Had he played another 2 years, he would have broken the win record. His career ERA was 3.43, 0.01 less than Stieb. And he pitched 49 CGs in an era when a great pitcher is lucky to get 2 or 3 a year. Appearances and Saves are relief stats. I don't even know why you cited them.
If you say that Roy is overrated, you are just plain wrong.
I'll say it again, in case you still doubt - Greatest Blue Jay pitcher ever.

Stats dont' tell you the whole story. Halladay played on a bunch of crap teams with the Jays.
Don't compare stats. Compare greatness. Halladay is by far the best pitcher the jays ever had pitching for them. Clemens no. 2. Steib no. 3.
