You guys/gals, don't understand, that Bernie was only trying to make a point. He had the 'clackers' to stand up for what he believed in. He wasn't going to let a certain person, get away with stirring up negative stereotypes of a particular race, and allow him to get away with it.
He's a passionate old bugger. I'll give him that. He reacted in response to a Clan forum thread, and I don't blame him. He did, what I should have done. Then you people would have known who I was, before a certain thread was posted, about an avatar.
Fair enough, he mightn't have said what he said, subtly. But, in his defense, he was a relative newcomer to the Forums, caught a 'thread posting' bug, and his personality showed. A personality some would not have appreciated, some would not want to be confronted with, some that just don't have the tolerance, of seeing what he said, in a ballsy manner.
Fair enough, he's a Kiwi, and for the most, I don't understand their accent (sorry Bernie, lol), but when he's talking about the opposite six, and I think its a Maths lesson, and finally realise, that he's telling me about the opposite sex and what in the buggery it takes to make a man tick...but he's a good bloke with a kind heart.
And Bernie, here's hoping, that the next time, the Aussies come up against N.Z, in a game of League, I hope Mr. S. Jones, is too old to play and won't be eligible! 😀
