Once you get over the initial "OH MY GOD! I can see my house!" rush, it's kinda fades off a bit.
Still I suppose it's better than buying those crappy aerial photos people always try to sell you.
Can you get updated images. The house I'm in at the moment isn't even on there cos the image os 3 years old.... according to the image I'm living in a tree! ๐

* waits impatiently and drums fingers*
*wonders why it doesn't tell you the size of the file being downloaded and how long it will take*
*Goes for a cigarette*
*dies of cancer*
*file still isn't downloaded*
*grand children die of old age*
*file is finally downloaded*

Hey that's pretty good dude
its not that good. i couldnt see my house, nor could i see myself hanging out the window. PANTS.
I take back my inital criticisms.... and add some new ones!
It is a pretty amazing program... if you live in the US or Southern Europe. They get great, detailed images of their areas. If you live anywhere else than your house is the brown blur next to the green smudge!
If they update it more and pick out a few more European cities it'd be much better! But I'm just grumpy cos I can't see my house :'(
