A primative tribe's myth said that all mankind came from two sisters, Wisdom, and Ignorance. Wisdom had 2 children, a male named Intelligence, and a female named Knowledge. Ignorance had 2 children also, a male named Stupidity, and a female named Assinine.
The legend says that Intelligence had a narrow urethra, and was quite limited in his germ. On the other hand Stupidity and Assinine were extremely fertile and prolific.
This is why the ratio of Wisdom, Intelliegence and Knowledge to Ignorance, Stupidity and Asininity is disproportionate, and the world is populated by Stupid Asses.
